We strive to ensure all bag orders are carefully inspected, professionally packaged and delivered securely to global customers within a reasonable logistics cycle.

1. Order Processing Time

All validated and fully paid orders for our bag products will undergo internal review, quality inspection and exclusive packaging within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Our processing schedule excludes weekends and Hong Kong SAR statutory public holidays, with all warehouse operations suspended during non-working days.

During large promotional campaigns and peak order periods with surging order volume, standard processing cycles may be moderately extended. We will deliver timely email notifications to customers once obvious delays occur, ensuring full transparency of order logistics progress.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All shipping fees for bag orders are calculated based on package weight, spatial volume and cross-border delivery zones. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to payment, with no hidden or additional charges.

We provide unified standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery period of 15 business days after outbound dispatch from our Hong Kong warehouse. The delivery duration is only a reference standard. Actual parcel arrival time may be affected by logistics carrier operational delays, customs clearance audits, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday service suspensions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your bag order completes all pre-delivery inspection procedures and is officially dispatched, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email. The email includes your unique tracking code and official logistics carrier information for order monitoring.

Logistics tracking data will be synchronized and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up the package. Cross-border system synchronization delays are normal. You can contact our customer support team for manual inquiry and follow-up if tracking status fails to update beyond the time limit.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are required to fill in accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, valid postal codes and effective contact details during order settlement. Please verify all delivery information carefully before completing payment to avoid delivery exceptions.

HOI WING WONG shall not bear any liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. Any parcels returned due to address errors will require customers to independently bear secondary reshipping fees, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is confirmed missing during cross-border transit, please submit a parcel loss investigation application to our customer service team within 5 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with official logistics institutions to trace the parcel and formulate a proper resolution scheme.

Bag products may suffer extrusion deformation, surface wear, scratch damage or accessory loosening during long-distance cross-border transportation. If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact our after-sales team within 24 hours of receipt. You need to provide intact clear photos of the outer package and damaged product parts as valid verification evidence for our official review and processing.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

All bags sold in our store are made of diverse materials including leather, canvas and synthetic fiber, with targeted professional care instructions attached to each product. Customers should strictly follow official guidelines for daily use, ventilation storage and routine cleaning maintenance.

Product damage, color fading, structural deformation and accessory loss caused by irregular cleaning, damp storage environment, private modification and daily artificial misuse are not within our after-sales guarantee scope. We do not undertake compensation and maintenance responsibilities for man-made product damage.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

Cross-border international shipments will be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees and other related taxes formulated by the destination country’s local customs in accordance with foreign trade management policies.

All customs and import-related expenses are fully borne by the order recipient. Product prices and shipping fees charged by our store do not include any customs charges. We are not responsible for parcel detention, forced return or disposal penalties caused by unpaid customs fees or violation of local import regulations.
